At RobzOutdoors.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our made-to-order 3D printed products. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review our return policy below for details on returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products upon delivery.

• Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other non-defect-related issues.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out through the email at rob@robzoutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. Please include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos of the item.

2. Review: We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if approved.

3. Return Shipping: If the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the item. Do not return items without prior approval.

4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage.

Refunds

• If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable) to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are not defective or damaged.

• Custom orders modified per customer specifications beyond standard offerings.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
