At RobzOutdoors.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our 3D printed products are made-to-order, our policy balances customer protection with the custom nature of our items.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

What Can Be Returned

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (manufacturing defects or items that arrive damaged).

• Change of mind or sizing issues on standard (non-customized) products.

• Items that do not match the product description.

What Cannot Be Returned

• Customized or personalized products made to your specific specifications (e.g., custom designs, sizes, colors, or engravings).

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

• Products that have been used, altered, or are not in original condition (except for defects).

Return Process

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at rob@robzoutdoors.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

2. We will review your request and reply with approval and instructions (usually within 1–2 business days).

3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns on standard items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Ship the item back in its original packaging and condition.

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

• Approved returns will receive a full refund for the item cost (excluding original shipping fees).

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and approve the return.

• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.

Important Notes

• All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
