Processing Time:

Processing time depends on whether your order is in-stock or custom:

In-stock orders: Processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom / made-to-order items: Require up to 7 business days for processing before shipping.

Shipping Options:

We offer two shipping speeds within the continental United States:

Standard Shipping – USPS (4–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping – UPS (2–3 business days)

Shipping Costs:

Orders under $75:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): $7.50
- Expedited Shipping (UPS): $14.50
Orders $75 and above:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): FREE
- Expedited Shipping (UPS): $7.50

Shipping Destinations:

We ship to the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations.

Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Important Notes

Free standard shipping applies only to orders of $75 or more (before tax).
Expedited shipping is available as an upgrade at checkout.
