  • Use our products or designs for commercial purposes beyond personal use.

  • Reverse-engineer or create derivative works from our products or files.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

2. Products and Orders

  • Product Description: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in 3D printed products (e.g., color, texture) may occur due to the nature of additive manufacturing.

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud). You will be notified and refunded if an order is canceled.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes or shipping unless stated. We may adjust prices without notice, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely though our website. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

  • All transactions are final upon payment confirmation. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery: We ship to the Contiguous United States(Lower 48). Shipping times and costs are estimates provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs.

  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon shipment. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.

  • International Orders: We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products upon delivery.

  • Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other non-defect-related issues.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
